Original 1921 German Notgeld emergency currency issued by the Kreis Neuhaus district.
This 10 Pfennig note features local heraldic emblems on the front and a stylized rural scene on the reverse showing a woman carrying buckets, accompanied by a period German proverb concerning money and bread.
Issued in February 1921 and valid through December 31, 1922.
