This 50 Pfennig note features local heraldic imagery on the front and a humorous courtroom/legal scene on the reverse. The illustrated verse reads:

“Schnell reift im Kläger der Entschluß,
Daß man die Antwort meiden muß.”

Roughly: “The plaintiff quickly comes to the conclusion that the answer is best avoided.”
