Authentic vintage 1989 Longaberger handwoven basket, made in Dresden, Ohio.
Beautiful round woven wood basket featuring two brown leather handles and an ivory/cream fabric liner with decorative lace ruffle and ribbon ties.
Bottom is clearly stamped:
LONGABERGER BASKETS DRESDEN, OHIO
Also hand dated 1989 with maker’s initials/signature.
Approximately 10” across × 5” high, excluding handles.
Good vintage condition overall. Basket weave and leather handles appear solid. Fabric liner shows age/use including scattered dark spots/staining and several small holes, all shown in the close-up photos. No plastic protector included.
A genuine late-1980s Longaberger piece with a great primitive/country farmhouse look. Nice for display, storage, sewing notions, towels, seasonal décor or a Longaberger collection.
