Vintage pair of hand-painted porcelain salt and pepper shakers featuring delicate yellow roses, soft blue-gray shading, and generous gold gilt accents around the tops and bases.
Each shaker measures approximately 2¼” tall and retains its cork bottom stopper. One base appears to be hand-inscribed “W. Maussner.” Research has not confirmed W. Maussner as a known porcelain manufacturer, so the inscription may represent the decorator, artist, or a previous owner rather than the maker.
Estimated to date from approximately the 1930s–1950s. Both pieces show age-appropriate wear, including some wear to the gold decoration. Please review photos for exact condition.
