Vintage Italian miniature porcelain pitcher and bowl set featuring elaborate raised-relief Bacchanalian scenes with putti/cherub-like figures, a small goat, fruit trees and lush classical garden imagery.
The pitcher has an especially unusual sculpted animal-head handle, raised figures around the body, sweeping spout and extensive gold-gilt decoration. The matching bowl continues the figural scenes and has a richly gilded interior.
Both pieces are hand marked on the underside with a crown/N-type mark, “1510/177,” “K.B.N.Y.” and “ITALY.” Exact manufacturer has not been confirmed, so this is described as Italian Capodimonte style rather than attributed to a specific Capodimonte factory.
A highly decorative and unusual small Italian porcelain set.
Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related wear, including areas of wear/loss to the gold decoration and minor surface wear. Please review photos carefully for exact condition.
